INTRODUCTION

This is the fifteenth annual North Carolina A&T State University FACTBOOK, a compilation of basic statistical information about various programs of the University. This quantitative and analytic information supports planning, assessment and decision making at all levels, and fosters effective use of resources available to the University.

Data for the FACTBOOK is assembled and compiled by staff members in the Office of Institutional Planning, Assessment and Research at NCA&T from institutional and other databases. Comparison data comes from the Statistical Abstract of Higher Education in North Carolina, published annually by the University of North Carolina Office of the President, and other sources.
