INTRODUCTION

This is the thirteenth annual North Carolina A&T State University FACTBOOK, a compilation of basic statistical information about various programs of the University. This quantitative and analytic information supports executive decision making and is useful to those involved in program planning, management and assessment. It is hoped this information will aid in effective use of resources available to the University.

Data for the FACTBOOK were assembled and compiled by staff members in the Office of Institutional Research and Planning at NCA&T from institutional and other databases. Comparison data comes from the Statistical Abstract of Higher Education in North Carolina, published annually by the University of North Carolina Office of the President, and other sources.
